Cancellation Policy
A card will be required to be added to your client profile at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancellation-no show fee. A cancellation made within less than 48 hours to 8am the day of the original appointment will be charged equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card one file at the time of cancellation.
Extension appointments canceled within 48 hours of their appointment day will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment, Extension appointments that are rescheduled within 48 hours to the date of original appointment will result in another non refundable retainer fee to reschedule.
Any appointment that a client does not arrive for, or arrives more than 15 minutes late for, or same day cancellations will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a fee equal to 75% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
Haircare Policy
Color, extensions and other chemical services are guaranteed only if the recommended at-home haircare is purchased directly though Samon’s retail therapy links or from Elle and Co. Styling Salon. Due to the diversion of professional products, purchasing your home are prescription outside of the salon will forfeit any guarantee. Hair color, extensions and other chemical services cannot be guaranteed if professional products are not purchased through sh. Hair Affair and/or from Elle and Co. Styling Salon.
Extension Agreement Form
Every new extension install will be required to read and sign an Extension Agreement Form with sh.Hair Affair. if you wish to view the agreement form prior to booking please fill out the Request a Date form and Samon will send one over!
